Loneliness can affect people of all ages, and we believe in the power of engagement to create meaningful experiences and strengthen communities. Our events help people stay active in both body and mind, providing joy, laughter, and much-needed social interaction.
Part of the proceeds of the business is donated to various charities. In particular, we aim to help disadvantaged, vulnerable children and young people to live safe, happy and healthy lives.

Inspiration
I was just 10 years old, walking home from a football game—something I had done countless times before. It was just another ordinary day, blending into the rhythm of life.
But that day, something was different.
My eyes locked onto a homeless man, someone I had likely passed many times before without truly seeing him. Yet, this time, I did. I really saw him—the weariness in his posture, the quiet sadness in his expression, the clothes that had long lost their warmth.
Then, my gaze fell to his feet.
His shoes—if they could still be called that—were barely holding together, with tattered socks struggling to fill the gaps. The sight struck me deeply, in a way I couldn’t quite understand at the time. But I knew, in that moment, that I wanted to do something. That moment stayed with me, shaping the path I walk today.
